Does the Club control how many people are on one ranch?

Yes, the Club uses a reservation system to not only keep the quality of each member's experience high-but to manage the pressure and harvest numbers of the game on each ranch.

What type of hunting and fishing is available on Club leased ranches?

The Club has ranches with Pig, Deer, Upland Bird, Waterfowl, Bear, Predator and Varmint hunting.  The ranches include fishing opportunities for varying trout species, salmon, steelhead, bass and other spiny ray species.

Some ranches are available for almost all opportunities listed above, while others - like some waterfowl properties - are single use.

How do you keep the general public off of the private land leased to the Club?

Each ranch is patrolled daily and is heavily posted on the perimeter.  The Club has longstanding relationships with most ranch owners and local law enforcement as well.  Access points to the lands are tightly controlled and check in and check out is required.

Is Camping Allowed?

Primitive camping is allowed at almost all of the ranches.  Tent or R.V.'s are welcome but there are no toilets or running water.  All members are required to pack in and out EVERYTHING and the Club and Landowners do not tolerate noisy, dirty and disrespectful behavior.  The camping experience is family oriented and safe.

Are ATV's allowed?

There are NO ATV's allowed on ANY of the ranches the Club has under lease.  4x4 highway vehicle access is available on existing ranch roads.  Most  ranches are accessible to the gate with a 2 wheel drive, higher clearance vehicle.

How Much Does a Membership Cost?

Memberships vary in price - but currently the most expensive membership is just over $2,000 per year.  Members also pay a first year enrollment fee - but only the first year. The annual membership fee covers Club member use for each and every ranch they use and have a reservation for.  There are no game fees or additional daily use fees.  You do have to have a valid hunting license for the game you are pursuing and obey all state and federal regulations and laws.

Is This a Family Membership?

Yes!  A Club membership includes both spouses and any dependent children.  There are also hunting and non-hunting guest privileges, depending on the Membership and the game pursued.

Can a Member make payments to the Club for the Annual Dues?

Yes, the Club does offer a very specific deposit and payment plan for members to choose from.  There are some discounts also available for full payment.  These details would be covered thoroughly if you choose to meet with a Club member to discuss the Club more and possibly make application to join.

Can anyone join the Club?

Nobody just joins the Club!  If invited to join - then a prospect can submit a deposit and make application for membership.  The screening committee for the Club reviews each candidate and will also conduct a background check.  If approved, the membership is usually activated within 12 days.  If declined, all monies are returned - 100% of any deposit or full fee made will be returned if membership is denied.  Each year a limited number of Club memberships are available and at a specific price.  Existing Club members can expect to pay the same price year after year - the only price increase they may ever see is a cost of living adjustment, if the Club feels it necessary.
